Is It True You Can Convert Your Car to Run on Gas and Water?

June 24th, 2008

The big question is: can you really use water as fuel for your car? Aren’t these just scams? (First of all, you’re not just using water—it’s a mixture of gas and water). OK, but does it really save gas?

After researching this question extensively, I can confidently answer “it can’t hurt and it just might work.” The bottom line is that there’s some controversy about this technology, as there is about any alternative fuel source. At this point, I’m willing to keep an open mind.

In a nutshell, you are supposed to be able to convert your engine so it runs more efficiently. How? By using electricity from your car’s battery to separate out the hydrogen from the water. This creates a gas called HHO or “brown gas”.

Currently, there are three very popular products available that teach you how to perform this conversion. If you’re interested in finding out more about this technology, just go to these websites. Each one has tons of information, illustrations, diagrams, and videos. The products I’m talking about are:

·         Water4gas

·         Run Your Car with Water

·         Water Car Pro

Here’s a brief rundown of each one:

Water4gas: This is the most expensive product at $97. For this you get two highly illustrated e-books that go into great detail (300 pages worth) about how to convert your vehicle. But the thing I like most about Water4gas is that it provides access to a web-based marketplace where you can find people who will do all the work for you—for a fee, of course. The Water4gas website does a fantastic marketing job. It’s hard to imagine anyone going there and not buying the darn thing.

Run Your Car with Water: This is half the price of Water4gas, priced at $49.97. Their manual is only 90 pages. The makers of Run Your Car with Water claim they provide everything their competitors do for much less. Their website is very simple and to the point.

Water Car Pro: Priced at $47, this product seems kind of similar to Run Your Car with Water. But Water Car Pro also provides two bonus books. One is 62 ways to save money at the gas pump and the other contains tips for buying a new automobile. It also comes with a piece of software that supposedly makes converting your car even easier. You can find out more by visiting their website.

Why Burn Water for Gas?

June 24th, 2008

According to Robert Hirsch, a top-level energy advisor, paying $12 to $15 for a gallon of gas is “inevitable.” On a recent CNBC morning show, Hirsch said, “The prices that we’re paying at the pump today are, I think, going to be ‘the good old days.’ And after world oil production goes into decline, we’re going to talk about gas rationing.” According to Hirsch, this isn’t just his prediction, but the prediction of Charles T. Maxwell, widely known as the “Dean of Oil Analysts.”

Well, I don’t need an expert to tell me that gas is getting more expensive. The days of “cheap” gas are over. The problem is, many of us are stuck with cars, trucks, and SUVs that are expensive to run. What are we supposed to do? Buy a more fuel-efficient car? Move closer to work? I don’t know about you, but I’m a little strapped for cash right now.

So I went on the internet to find out how to save gas. And I found tons of gas-saving gadgets—magnets, special fuel additives, etc….But after a little research I found these were just scams.

Running your car on water was different. I couldn’t find many people who said it was a total scam. Or that it was dangerous or bad for your engine. But there were plenty of folks who claimed that it did work for them.

So I narrowed down the running your car on water products to the three most popular and reputable. They are

These three products do pretty much the same thing: they teach you how to convert your engine so it separates out the hydrogen from the H2O, creating HHO (2 parts Hydrogen; one part Oxygen) which is also known as “brown gas.”

Still think this is just a hoax? Well, a company in Japan recently unveiled a car that runs only on water. So there’s definitely something real going on here.

Buying and installing these device is certainly easier and cheaper than moving closer to your job, or buying a new vehicle. If people are willing to go to that much trouble and expense, don’t you think it’s worth spending a few minutes learning about this simple technology?

How to Make Extra Money

June 24th, 2008

I first heard about these gas saving devices because a friend of mine was making extra money installing them in other people’s cars. That’s right. He simply bought a manual online, learned how to do it, and advertised his services. He’s now making a nice extra income working in the evenings and on weekends.

Learning how to convert your car’s engine isn’t that hard. But most people don’t want to get their hands dirty. So they’ll pay you to do it for them. Here’s how you can make some extra money:

1) Purchase a manual.

2) Learn how to make and install the device. The companies that produce the manuals provide plenty of support and will quickly answer any questions or problems you might have. Soon you’ll be able to do the whole installation in less than an hour.

3) Advertise your services. You can put ads in the paper, put up flyers, etc… The Water4gas program even has a web-based marketplace where people who want your services can find you.

My buddy found that once he had done a few of these jobs, word of mouth spread quickly. He can’t keep up with the demand. After all, everyone wants to save money on gas these days.

Sounds like an easy way to make some extra money, and that’s something we can all use, right?
